What year did you start tattooing?
-I started tattooing in 2023 after graduating from Monolith Tattoo Academy during the Winter term.
What style(s) of tattooing do you specialize in?
- Still trying to find my own particular style but I lean toward American Traditional to get my ideas across.
What are your hobbies?
Playing heavy music in a band called FØES based out of Bend/Sunriver, so that takes up a lot of my free time when I'm not pursuing my career in tattooing. We've played shows all over the West Coast with big names such as Napalm Death, Oceano and HeavyHeavyLowLow. Our plan is to release our sophomore self-recorded and self-produced record on our small independent record label, Glacier Recordings, sometime later this year. I am also a fiend for video games whenever I have some extra hours in the day.
What is some of your favorite music?
I have a fairly eclectic taste in music, but a particular proclivity for the heavier and darker side of underground music. Some of the genres I spend the most time with include but are not limited to Old School Death Metal, Hardcore, Power Violence, and Grind.
Which super power would you like to have?
If I had one superpower, it would be regeneration like Wolverine or something. Mostly because my body is usually in some state of fatigue from rocking out too hard or having some terrible posture going on.
Besides tattooing what other type of art do you like to create?
Besides tattooing, most of my art comes out in the form of music but I enjoy making larger pieces with collage and mosaic techniques. I hope to continue finding new forms of expression I can take advantage of now that I am in closer proximity to such talented and gifted artists.
